Service Team

Valley Auto is proud of our Service Manager, Tim Ouellette, and his competent team consisting of Service Writer Cheryl Tetreault, Service Technicians Larry Jandreau, Jamey Ouellette, Allen Roy, and Ryan Ouellette. They are a well rounded, hardworking team that will tackle any repair job and finish it as quickly as possible.

Tim Ouellette's experience as a Master Service Technician with his on-going GM Training for 17 years as well as valuable hands-on experience, has honed his diagnostic skills to a degree that he is able to eliminate diagnostic time usually charged to the customer for difficult problems. He'll go the extra mile to get your vehicle in for service and makes sure it is fixed right.

Cheryl Tetreault is our Sunny Service Writer. She is learning the ropes from Time and keeps the guys in line. Cheryl will schedule your appointments and helps Tim with warranty claims as well as manages the loaner fleet.

Larry Jandreau is a wizard with diesel engines, and works as fast as humanly possible to get your vehicle back on the road. You have to watch your step around his bay because tools are frequently flying and he really gets INTO the engine in order to get the job done! His 17 years experience passes on as savings to the customers.

Jamey Ouellette had a shop of his own for 13 years and thus has hands-on experience with SUBARUS and other imports so we are able to provide additional expertise to repair any vehicle in a timely manner. More frequently than not, Jamey burns the midnight oil to get a vehicle back to a customer the next day. If the music is blasting at night when you go by Valley Auto, that's Jamey working late again!

Allen Roy has a lot of energy and gets the oil changes and inspections taken care of as fast as he can so you don't have to wait long. While doing routine maintenance, Allen does a thorough check of your vehicle while it is up on the lift to make sure it is a safe vehicle on the road.

Ryan Ouellette has been a dependable addition to the team, providing support on a part-time basis when is on break from attending EMMC for automotive technical training.
